- D Residence/Employment in Kanagawa: The applicant lives in Kanagawa Prefecture (or plans to move to Kanagawa Prefecture by April 1, 2027), or works in Kanagawa Prefecture (or plans to work in Kanagawa Prefecture by April 1, 2027).

- E Nationality: Hold foreign nationality, or acquired Japanese nationality within the past 6 years (as of February 1, 2027)
